The “NIPM Wings, the Warming up In Grooming Sessions, is a program of NIPM designed to ensure smooth transition of the students from the world of academics to the world of corporate. College guidance help students gain a clear concept and knowledge of subjects. However, academic knowledge coupled with soft skills is the demand of the corporate world. Today’s workforce essentially need to be people’s persons and work in teams. Positivity is the order of the day whether it be in speech or body language or interpersonal skills. Keeping in mind the needs of the end user, NIPM makes the students ‘Industry Ready Resource’.
